- Scope of Data Processed Through the registration form, the following personal data of the user is collected:
- First name,
- Last name,
- Email address.
- Purposes of Data Processing Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Establishing contact with a person interested in a course,
- Scheduling class times,
- Entering into and executing a contract,
- Sending a payment link for classes,
- Direct marketing of services.
- Legal Basis for Processing Personal data is processed on the basis of:
- Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – necessity for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract,
- Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – legitimate interest of the controller in communicating with users and organizing courses.
- Data Retention Personal data processed for the purpose of entering into and performing a contract will be retained for the period required by law and the time necessary to pursue claims or defend against claims.
- Login areas and personal data input forms are secured during transmission (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data and login details entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s device and can only be read on the target server.
- The operator periodically changes administrative passwords.
- Data Recipients The controller is authorized to disclose personal data to other entities if such an obligation arises from legal provisions, and to:
- Hosting service providers,
- Providers of communication tools (e.g., email).

The controller only uses entities that comply with the GDPR.
